I’ve compared EMS use to other software integration apps and platforms, and I’m very happy to say EMS is by far the most powerful integration platform out there. I’ve never seen any platform able to combine so many important features my company was looking for, all in one system.
EMS solved the two biggest challenges my online company was having; which was finding a way to sync our entire online inventory to multiple platforms and finding an easier way to do shipments. In the past, we used other software’s to connect our eBay inventory to Shopify store, however, it always messed up our Shopify inventory and had slow and unhelpful customer service. Additionally, the carrier’s shipping software was complicated in which long wait times for customer service were required.
We luckily stumbled upon E‑Marketplace Services. They literally made shipping efficient and simple, while providing the option to sync our inventory to all three of our online stores: eBay, Shopify, and Etsy. This essentially saved us a tremendous amount of time and pressure off of managing inventory and shipping.
Setting up EMS was painless. They had a very helpful step by step videos to guide us through what we need to do. And if you had any questions or problems, they go above and beyond to resolve it within less than 24 hours. They would walk you through to the reason of the problem and explain how to resolve the problem clearly and effectively.
Since using EMS, the time it took doing the shipping process was reduced by 25%, freeing up time for our employees to do other important tasks. It automatically provides us with the cheapest shipping rates from different carriers so we do not have to worry about shipping costs. Furthermore, it goes above and beyond by collecting our customer emails and locations, making it’s analytics invaluable when doing email marketing and running Facebook/Google ads. We also did not need to worry about having our inventory going out of sync as it automatically removes the quantity from all of our platforms, once the customer finalizes their purchase.
The user interface is super friendly and easy to use. Specifically, the navigation menu on the left-hand side makes it simple to know what you are doing. For example, if you would like to do shipments, you simply click “Manage Orders,” or if you would like to update your inventory, you simply click “inventory”. There’s also an option to sync messages in which pre-saved templates can be made to respond to customer’s inquiries, you should definitely check that out!
We plan on expanding our online company in the future and EMS is a platform that we could not see outgrowing ever. Overall, the platform is better than any third party inventory syncing software or shipping software we have ever used. We vouch for this app. Absolutely give EMS a try!
