Enable pickup option when printing shipping labels

By default the carrier pickup option is disabled. If you would like to schedule pickup for your shipments, you will need to enable pickup option when you print the shipping label.
1. Go to my carriers page where you link all your carriers
2. Find your carrier's card, hover on the hamburger of your carrier card's hamburger icon and click on Preference
3. Fill in all the defaults in the preferences dialog.
4.Go to my profiles page, click Preference link then click on Label options, and enable option Pickup Service
5. Now when you ship each order, the pickup options will be available, you can specify the details of pickup information when you print the label.
