Add offline orders
By default, online orders are synced into our system automatically. However, in some cases, you may want to add offline orders or phone orders so that you can ship.
Follow the following steps to add offline orders in EMS.
1. Go to my stores page where you link all your stores.
2. Click the big yellow '+' card, add a new store, select 'EMS default store' as the store type.
3. In order details page, expand 'Filters' section, click on the 'Add order' button.
4. Fill in order information in the add new order wizard, once you are done, click submit, and you will be redirected to the order details page, where you can ship your new offline order.
PS: To add a product to the order, input the product keyword in the product input box and then select the corresponding product. If you don't see the product in the drop down, you will need to add the product first (my products page).
