Change order status manually
Order status are usually automatically calculated from your sales channel. However, sometimes, you may want to change the status manually, e.g. you want to ship a PENDING order, you will need to change order status to PROCESSING, otherwise EMS wouldn't let you ship.
Follow the following steps to change the order status:
1. Go to order list page.
2. Select the check box next to order that you want to change its status
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "Change order status' button
4. In the popup dialog, select desired new status and click OK button.
5. The order status are changed for the selected orders.
