We are glad to introduce our dedicated tracking site to you and your customers.
Traditionally, in order for a customer to know where his/her shipment is, a tracking number is needed in order to retrieve detailed shipment status. This is no longer the case with our fuzzy track server http://www.trackmypak.com.
A customer can search his/her shipments by providing product name keyword and postal code. For example, John ordered a "Samsung 128GB 100MB/s (U3) MicroSDXC Evo Select Memory Card with Adapter (MB-ME128GA/AM)" from your stores, John can search his order status by typing keyword (minimal 6 characters) of ordered product name and his postal code, EMS is able to display the shipment status.
The nice thing about this is, as a seller, you can add http://www.trackmypak.com to your website or store's Q&A, once your customers place the order, the order information is synced into our system. We will display "Your order will be shipped shortly. Please check back later for tracking details." if the order is not shipped. Once your customer see this, they usually won't contact you for any confirmation of the order. Of course, if the order is shipped, the detailed shipment tracking status will be displayed.
As always, you customer can also track the shipment with a tracking number.
